SCG showcases the ultimate in innovation and technology for living at the ARCHITECT’15, under the concept of Lab Gallery for Tomorrow’s Living, answering every aspect of home and living from Creative Idea, Health & Saving to Energy Saving. The company also unveils Bloom: The Room for Living, the world’s largest and Thailand’s first cement innovation made from the future of construction technology 3D printing. Visitors to the SCG Experience booth will be able to get in-depth advice from a team of experts and architects from SCG Experience at the event, to be held from April 28 to May 3 at Challenger Hall, Impact, Mueng Thong Thani.
Mr. Nithi Pattarachoke, Vice President – Domestic Market, SCG Cement?-?Building Materials, said that SCG is taking part in ARCHITECT’15 by showcasing innovative construction products and technology under the theme Lab Gallery of Tomorrow’s Living. SCG has consistently strived to develop innovations by inventing own technology and partnering with research and intellectual property organizations both in Thailand and abroad. Most recently, SCG joined hands with the University of California, Berkeley, USA to create “Bloom: the Room for Living”, the world’s largest and Thailand’s first cement innovation, using SCG Portland cement as material and created by 3D printing technology. This latest innovation can help create huge works, allowing architecture industry to overcome limitations of 3D printing technology. At the event, not only that Thai architects and designers can experience the future technology in the construction industry but home owners can also get expert and in-depth advice from SCG Experience architects free of charge. The SCG exhibit covers a space of more than 1,500 square meters, reinforcing the company’s position as a trend setter and expert in building materials and integrated home & living.
