The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) has recently announced that the board of governors has approved the transfer of Asia Plus Group Holdings Securities pcl (ASP) membership listed on SET to Asia Plus Securities Co., Ltd. (ASPS), a subsidiary of ASP, effective from May 1, 2015 onwards.
The membership transfer is a result of ASP’s corporate restructuring. As for the ASP’s membership number (Number 8), it will be applied to ASPS, becoming the transferee of membership rights. The membership transfer in Thailand Futures Exchange PCL (TFEX) and Thailand Clearing House Co., Ltd. (TCH) will also be effective on May 1, 2015.
