The SEC, led by Assistant Secretary-General Nataya Niyamanusorn (2nd left), presented a 450,000 baht donation to the Thai Red Cross Society to support Nepal earthquake victims at the Thai Red Cross Disaster Operations Center on April 30, 2015. The SEC delegates were welcomed by Lieutenant General Amnat Barlee, M.D., (2nd right), Director of Relief and Community Health Bureau, the Thai Red Cross Society.
