Seasonal white asparagus is being served at Acqua this May. The traditional accompaniment of Hollandaise sauce is available with the addition of smoked salmon or Parma ham. Fettuccine will also served with white asparagus, smoked salmon and saffron cream; and grilled Australian Wagyu tenderloin and Barramundi fillets will be accompanied by white asparagus and Hollandaise sauce.
