Two of Thailand’s top Italian chefs – Dario Busnelli of Attico at Radisson Blu Plaza Bangkok and Alessandro Frau of Acqua in Phuket – are soon to join forces in the kitchen. Their special “4 Hands” event at Attico during three days in May will, in turn, give Italian cuisine lovers many reasons to applaud.
Lombardy native Chef Dario has quickly made Attico one of Bangkok’s premier Italian restaurants, one where guests enjoy Tuscan-inspired dishes in a delightfully rustic setting 28 stories above the city. At Acqua, Chef Alessandro incorporates his Sardinia roots into a comprehensive Italian cuisine experience.
Now the two chefs combine their talents for a very special event from 27 to 29 May. Throughout the three days Dario and Alessandro will present signature degustation menus and conduct masterclasses for journalists, among whom will be a representative from San Pellegrino. Other highlights include a finale 4 Hands dinner on 29 May by Chef Dario and Chef Alessandro featuring launch of a new Tuscany dedicated label of S. Pellegrino & Acqua Panna Tascana in cooperation with Frescobaldi wines.
