45 days ago Signor Sassi Bangkok @Siam Paragon, the award-winning Italian restaurant from London, introduced the first part of our spring menu; the resulting success was beyond our wildest expectations! As a result, we are excited today to announce that Executive Chef Pino is presenting the second installment of this food promotion featuring the finest, seasonal ingredients and produce from the gardens of Italy. Beautiful in presentation and sophisticated in taste, this new version of the spring menu offers diners the true flavors of late spring that are sure to satisfy everyone’s taste.
From now until June 18th , diners will be delighted with an additional seven new menu items created by the culinary team of Signor Sassi Bangkok. Using the freshest vegetables from Italy and nearby regions, the new menu items include mouthwatering delicacies ranging from soup, to salad, to scrumptious main courses with Foie Gras featured as the star ingredient.
The seven new menu items are:
1. Pea Mousse with Powdered Bacon, Skewer Croutons & Smoked Eel
2. Seafood Salad with Mixed, Grilled Vegetables marinated in Mint-pesto
3. Gosse Liver & Quail Terrine with Smoked Duck Ham & a Reduction of Marsala Aniseed
4. Turnip Green Ravioli with Warm Cream of Burrata & Seared Shrimps
5. Filet of Lamb in a Crust of Bread Sticks with Mint & Rosemary Polenta Gocchi
6. Italian Bacon Risotto with Rosemary & Asparagus Fondue
7. Red mullet filet with mint leave mousse narrow red wine and Brussels sprouts

Signor Sassi Bangkok @Siam Paragon is located on the G Level of this upscale shopping complex. With a total area of 255 square meters, the restaurant’s two-level layout can accommodate more than 100 guests, while the mezzanine level is available for small private parties of up to 20. The restaurant’s layout features an “open kitchen” concept that allows guests to see how each of their favorite dishes is prepared.
