Special guest of the night is Peter Papanikitas, managing director of Stonefish International, who has been in charge of this famous winery since the start in 2000 and has won several international wine awards. Indulge yourself in a fantastic & surprising 6-course set dinner menu prepared by our Hong Kong Chef Kam combined by the great wines from Stonefish.
The enticing 6-course set menu includes amazing dishes such as “Deep fried minced shrimp wrapped with tofu”; “Braised superior shark’s fin with fresh crab meat”; “Roasted BBQ duck”; “Sauteed pearl oyster with Hong Kong kale”; “Baked fillet of beef Hong Kong style” and “Chilled honeydew melon and sago”.
Price per person is THB 2,300 net, including 6-course set dinner menu paired with wines.
