Amata Summit Growth REIT will invest in freehold and 30-year Leasehold of 88 ready-built factories in Amata Nakorn Industrial Estate (Chon Buri) and Amata City Industrial Estate (Rayong) with a combined asset value of up to THB 4,750 million, ready to support industrial expansion.
