Prego Trattoria, an Italian restaurant at Novotel Bangkok IMPACT Hotel invites you to tantalise your taste buds with the finest selection of exceptionally tatsy ravioli including Ravioli เ la Fran็aise, foiegras filled pasta pockets tossed with rocket & crisp lettuce, served with caramelized apple vinaigrette, Treformaggi, crispy three cheese ravioli complemented by garlic mushroom dipping sauce, next is chef’s choice Pad Thai Scallop Ravioli, a taste of Thailand with seared scallop & dried shrimp ravioli tossed in traditional Pad Thai sauce, Funghi e mare,stuffed ravioli with mushroom in Alfredo sauce mounted by crispy soft shell crab, Ossobucco,ravioli filled with shredded slow cooked Ossobucco (beef) with red-wine jus, served on sweet roast pumpkin & garlic mash with parmesan and rocket garnish, and the last menu specially created for vegetarian Butternut & ricotta,roasted butternut squash and ricotta ravioli served in an onion velout้ garnished with crispy basil.
