A new chapter begins at Rossini - The Godfather’s Favourite after months of extensive renovations. It has reopened with a newly redesigned interior and terrace, mouthwatering Italian menu, an elegant cigar lounge and is now home to a dynamic New Chef Massimo Gullota.
Born in Rome, Chef Massimo brings with him his expertise and imaginative flair to Royal Cliff’s Italian kitchen. He was always interested in cooking, and learnt the art from his grandmother who ran a tavern serving Italian food since he was only 9 year old. After working in Germany for 10 years, he moved to the United States and spent the next decade working at renowned restaurants across the country. His professional experience in authentic Italian cuisine, an understanding of the Asian palate and his ability to infuse seafood flavors into each dish makes him a perfect addition to oversee Rossini - The Godfather’s Favourite.
The restaurant offers a diverse menu featuring Italian favourites such as thin & crispy pizzas, delicious Calzone “Rossini” and delectable homemade pastas. Keen diners are invited to feast on special menu highlights such as the appetizing Stravaganza, Fillet of Snow fish wrapped with Parma ham in Saffron sauce or the all-time favourite, Campagnola. For a sweet ending to each meal, the dessert menu also boasts a wide selection of sweet treats ranging from traditional Tiramisu, fruity gelatos, delightful chocolate truffle cake to servings of vanilla-scented panna cotta with red berry sauce. The restaurant also offers Italian sparkling wine by glass, and a well-curated selection of wines by the bottle.
Guests can now relax and unwind in the restaurant’s new upscale Cigar Lounge which offers a wide selection of imported cigars. Here, they can be assisted by professional staff in their cigar selection or served with a glass of premium whiskey which is available upon request. The luxurious corner also takes up one of the restaurant’s prime spots where guests can get a good view of the evening’s breathtaking sunsets.
Italian food lovers are invited to partake on an unparalleled gastronomical journey daily (except Wednesdays) from 18:30 -22:30 hrs.
