Talented chefs at Sheraton Pattaya Resort once again teamed up with culinary magics and bring in mouth-watering menu guarantee to please all taste buds – soft shell crab!
The soft shell crab is she blue crab in its molted state, the season being traditionally marked by the first full moon, as the crab sheds its shell to allow for summer growth.
The chefs are using their culinary skills to create exotic and exciting soft shell crab specials. Crab salad with celery remoulade, crab cannelloni with kale, crab deep-fried with lobster miso, crab curry, and spicy crab with chilli and mint dressing are on the menu!
