“DID – Dine in the Dark” at Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit, A Luxury Collection Hotel, Bangkok celebrates La Fête de la Musique, an annual music initiative that began in France but now sees festivals and events held in 350 cities across the globe. To mark the occasion on June 19 and 20, Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit’s unique Dine in the Dark will feature a live performance by Yves Baron, aka Le Tenor, and his special guest.
Dine in the Dark is an extraordinary culinary experience designed to increase awareness of blindness and raise funds for local charities. Dining in total darkness and served by our visually impaired staff, you will discover your remaining senses are heightened, the aroma and taste of the cuisine and wines enhanced, and the conversation with fellow diners will flow.
At DID – Dine in the Dark, the talented French-Thai tenor Yves Baron and his special guest will give a vibrant live performance while you enjoy a special 4-course surprise set menu served in darkness.
A naturally gifted singer and musician, Yves Baron studied at the Serge Rachmaninoff Conservatorium, mastering classical guitar with maestro Jean-Luc Derhy and perfecting his lyrical vocal style with the famous Czech tenor, Dr. Alexandre Bohr. The French-Thai musician has traveled the world to share his passion for classical music and opera. At BarSu he will delight diners with an unforgettable performance for La Fête de la Musique.

Price: 1,750 baht++ per person for the 4-course surprise menu and show. For an additional 1,000 baht++ enjoy wine pairings with every course.
Show starts at 19:00 hrs for ten minutes every half an hour.
