H.E. Mr. Manapas Xuto, Former Thai Ambassador to USA recently presided over “Thai recipients of Fulbright awards for 2015” at Dusit Thani Hall of Dusit Thani Bangkok. This event was organized by Thailand-U.S. Educational Foundation (Fulbright) as part of the students’ scholarship recognition, at the event, H.E. Mr. W. Patrick Murphy, Deputy Chief of Mission at U.S. Department of State US Embassy, Fulbrights’ Board of Directors, and many distinguish guests jointly congratulated.
