Rapee Sucharitakul, Secretary-General of the Securities and Exchange Commission, Thailand (SEC) gave an opening remark at the "2nd Capital Market Auditors" project co-organized by the SEC and the Federation of Accounting Professions under His Majesty The King's Royal Patronage (FAP) on June 23, 2015 at the SEC Office. This project aims to support auditors' preparation to become auditors in capital market and thus helps increase number of quality auditors in capital market to accommodate business expansion and capital market growth and to be responsive to changes in international accounting standards and more complex transactions. Besides, the collaboration among audit firms to boost their capacity and competitiveness is also encouraged.
