Ginger restaurant, Centara Grand and Bangkok Convention Centre at CentralWorld classical Chinese and Japanese restaurant, is now home to a fresh 'seafood market'. Known for the lavish buffet meals that span 'Ginger' restaurant, the Hotel is now complementing these feasts with a new seafood spread that's guaranteed to satisfy. Diners can pick their own fresh seafood from the stall that will features juicy river and tiger prawns, lobster, squid, octopus, briny mussels and clams, plus a selection of all of the most tasty fish. The Hotel's masterful in-house chefs will then cook them just as preferred – steaming, grilled, or stir-fried. Fulfill your day even more with Teppanyaki counter, Dim Sum, Seafood on ice and dessert lines. The Hotel's resident sashimi expert will display his exquisite carving talent as he creates a range of different cuts from a whole Maldivian tuna.
The 'seafood market stall will be available during dinner hours each Friday and Saturday at Ginger restaurant on 24th floor, Centara Grand at CentralWorld from 18.00 hrs. and is just THB 1,899++ person. The addition of a mere THB 1 will also get diners free flow draft beer.
