Join us at Voilà! restaurant on 14th July 2015 for Bastille Day and a day of celebrations at our special French themed buffet lunch. Known as La Fête Nationale, the holiday commemorates the storming of the Bastille fortress and the start of the French Revolution.
To mark the occasion at Voilà! Executive Chef Jeremy Cayron will enhance the restaurant's fabulous buffet with an array of irresistible French delicacies. Chef Jeremy discovered his love for food as a young boy,
learning the "cuisine de grandmère", the cuisine of his grandmother, and for the Bastille Day lunch will draw on his repetoire of time-honoured dishes such asNiçoise salad with soft poached egg, bouillabaisse,
beef bourguignon, confit duck, sea bass meunière, Provençal rôtisserie chicken, and more.
The buffet at Voilà! also features a special Cuisines on Stage concept. Chefs at the renowned all day venue take diners on an enticing culinary journey around the world, showcasing a wide variety of dishes prepared a la minute using premium quality ingredients. At the decadent buffet you can savour classic French cuisine cooked on a Parisian rotisserie, pizzas pulled piping hot from an Italian woodfired oven, Japanese sushi
and sashimi made to order, authentic spicy Thai salads and curries, fresh seafood on ice, an array of luscious desserts, and more fifteen imported artisan cheeses and cold cuts from the fromagerie.
