The market is still growing but at a slower pace due to the negative economic factors. The motorists are looking for vehicles with proven economy performance such as economy cars or using alternative fuels such as CNG or LPG. The new engine oil technologies have also led to longer engine oil change period and lessened the demand in terms of lubricant quantity. On top of that, the consumers are more cautious in their spending from the economy slowdown.
