Fireplace Grill gives prawns a starring role all this month, with a menu designed to highlight the versatility of the savory shellfish. Menu highlights include: prawn gazpacho with basil sorbet, fresh prawn ceviche with Iberico ham; cognac tiger prawn and beurre blanc and creole style tiger prawns "St Lucia" with green peppercorns.
Special Prawn Delight menu is available throughout July 2015 at Fireplace Grill, InterContinental Bangkok. Prices start from Baht 400 ++ per dish.
