Friday also marks the beginning of Charcoal's "Cocktails at Nine" where every cocktail on the extensive menu is priced at 280 Baht net. The promotion runs every Friday, from 9pm until midnight. It's the perfect place to drink and lounge away to awesome DJs including DJ Kade, DJ Slomorro, DJ Cello and DJ Luck-E – spinning some chilled house music as the weekend arrives!
Signature cocktails and mixology is a BIG part of the Charcoal appeal, with a Joseph Boroski-designed menu of unique Charcoal creations. With premium spirits, fresh Thai ingredients and components flown in directly from India, these cocktails create an original and satisfying drinking experience; New Delhi Duty Free is delivered to the gates in a duty free bag complete with Indian passport - a knock-out concoction of Bacardi, Indian mango, Indian chili, honey and lime; Muffety Mai is inspired by the Hindi version of the nursery rhyme, a whimsically floral combination of Bombay Sapphire, tarragon, lemon, jasmine and chat masala; Festival of Colours is Bacardi shaken over fresh turmeric, pineapple, lime and homemade pan syrup, dusted with paprika and finished off with Indian kewra flower water; for some Bollywood Passion, try a cocktail of 42 Below Vodka with fresh passion fruit and lime, to the sweet accompaniment of almond and clove.
There are over 20 Charcoal Mixology creations to try, including "finishing touch" dessert digestive cocktails and easy-going mocktails.
