Thai athletes participating at the "Special Olympics World Games" to benefit from good nutrition provided by Herbalife
Mr. Suphot Rittipichaiwat, General Manager of Herbalife Thailand, and Herbalife member leaders provide nutrition support and sports apparels to Special Olympics Thailand's athletes and team officials led by Mr. Sumran Chamchoi, National Sports Director. The team will represent Thailand at the Special Olympics World Games 2015 in Los Angeles.
Herbalife Thailand has announced its support for the Special Olympics Thailand Team that will head to Los Angeles, California, for the Special Olympics World Games from July 25 to August 2. This sponsorship is in line with the global partnership between Herbalife and the 2015 Special Olympics World Games, which aims to answer the nutritional needs of athletes and coaches from 177 countries, and other participants and attendees.
In Thailand, Herbalife is lending its full support to the 29 athletes who will represent the country in Los Angeles. During their intensive training at Thammasat University's Rangsit campus, Herbalife is providing them with Nutritional Protein Mix and Personalized Protein Powder to help build strong muscles, increase stamina and improve performance. In addition, Herbalife has supplied athletic training suits, sports bags and luggage for the athletes and team officials.
The Special Olympics World Games is the key event of Special Olympics, a global movement that unleashes the human spirit through the transformative power and joy of sports, every day around the world - empowering people with intellectual disabilities to become accepted and valued members of their communities.

Special Olympics Thailand is preparing the 29 athletes to participate in six sports: Athletics, Badminton,Bocce, Football, Swimming, and Table Tennis. Mr. Suphot concluded, "Regardless of the outcome, these friendly competitions will showcase the unlimited potential and the courage of our countrymen with special needs."
