Elements restaurant at The Okura Prestige Bangkok is bringing back its popular bistro-style dinner, Food, Family & Friends. Every Friday from now until 28 August 2015 the menu choices include new lavender-themed dishes created by Chef de cuisine Henry Jordan including lavender tea & crustacean consommé with smoked potato and confit shallot, and lavender-spiced duck breast with cabbage braised in beer.
"Lavender adds so much colour and flavour and I am sure that our guests will enjoy my new menu created especially for Friday nights," explained Henry Jordan.
"This is relaxed, casual à la carte dining with continuous flow of selected wines, local beers and soft drinks for a fully-inclusive price. Guests choose from our blackboard menu and there's no limit to the number of dishes."
This all-inclusive dinner is priced at Baht 2,600++ per person. Price is subject to 10% service charge and 7% government tax.
Elements is located on the 25th floor of The Okura Prestige Bangkok.
