Mr. Rathian Srimongkol, President & Chief Executive Officer of “KTC" or Krungthai Card Public Company Limited, reveals, “KTC is issuing the new 4-year debenture issue as an investment alternative to the public, non-institutional investors. The subscription period will be during August 10th, 11th and 13th, 2015. The interest rate is fixed at 3.75% per annum payable quarterly. The offering size is up to THB 2,000 Million with minimum subscription amount of THB 100,000 and multiplies of THB 100,000 for the incremental. The registered, unsubordinated, unsecured debenture with debentureholders’ representative will be redeemed on its maturity date.”
“The debenture is rated A-/Stable by TRIS Rating Co., Ltd. This improvement in credit rating reflects our continually enhancement in financial position and asset quality. KTC profit in 2013 and 2014 were THB 1,283 Million and THB 1,755 Million, respectively. In addition, we were given more support from Krungthai Bank Public Company Limited, our major shareholder. This strengthened KTC credit card and KTC personal loan businesses, and, heightened confidence of our stakeholders.”
