SCB garnered the Best Use of Social Media in Asia award at the Customer Experience in Financial Services (CXFS) Summit and Awards Asia 2015. Organized by Timetrica, a leading Singapore provider of online information, analysis, and advice on economic, industrial, and marketing issues, the award reaffirms SCB's social media leadership for truly understanding and being accessible, while encouraging participation by target groups on social media channels via Facebook, LIne, Twitter, Instragram, and YouTube through a number of appealing campaigns. The Bank also uses effective online influencers through online networks, demonstrating the close relationship between SCB's social media channel (SCB Thailand) and consumers. Mrs. Junphen Juntana, Senior Vice President of the Integrated Digital Marketing Management Division, represented SCB in receiving the award at the Grand Copthorne Waterfront, Singapore. SCB has also received the Best Social Media in Asia award from Global Finance magazine and the Thailand Zocial Award for 2 years in a row.
