The Making Waves Saturday brunch features not only Thailand’s freshest, finest seafood and shellfish - including the nation’s favourite Ayutthaya giant river prawns but also includes many à la carte options.
Making Waves is a market-style buffet presentation with live cooking station food huts and an extensive choice of dishes cooked to order. Japanese, Chinese and the Middle East culinary influences complement the popular, classic Thai and western dishes.

Making Waves Saturday brunch lasts from 12 noon until 4:00 pm, giving diners adequate time to enjoy the unrivalled selection of buffet and à la carte dishes. The brunch is priced at Baht 1,950++ per person with soft drinks and Baht 2,650++ per person with selected free-flow classic wines, local beers and cocktails.
