Throughout August, enjoy "Flower Power" at Scarlett on the 37th floor of Pullman Bangkok Hotel G, with beautiful and tasty dishes made with various kinds of edible flowers.
The whole family will enjoy the daily specials created especially for Mothers' month including Apricot Tartine, with the subtly flavoured bloom enhancing the sweetness of the apricots on a garlic and cheese topped tartine; Dandelion?Bread Pudding Summer Truffle, with sweet and fresh dandelions added to a bread pudding and also made with sun-dried tomatoes and?gruyere cheese; Garden Spring Rolls, with pretty flowers peeking through rice paper wrappers topped with peanut ginger dressing; Raviolis Spiced, rich pasta filled with mushroom, ricotta and goat cheese, topped with a mix of oniony chive blossom and sweet violet petals; Lavender Honey Chicken, using flower-infused honey to get the lavender flavoured added into tender and juicy chicken; Violette Asparagus Risotto, a creamy risotto mixed with fresh floral violets and asparagus; and many more delights.
