Master Chef Stefano specially creates a menu of Italian dishes of Surf ’n Turf to please all meat and seafood lovers starting with a gentle savoury of traditional (vitello tonnato) roasted veal loin served with tuna sauce and quail egg (THB 670++) following by roasted main lobster tail and grilled beef tenderloin with rosemary reduction (THB 1,890++); Alaskan scallops, carpaccio roasted wagyu flank cube with tomato mint sauce (THB 680++) and pork fillet filled with prawn with roasted pumpkin pure’, seasonal vegetable and Marsala wine reduction (THB 790++).
Don Giovanni, a charming Italian trattoria, is named after Mozart’s most famous opera, and its ambience springs from a warm-hearted love of life. An Italian master chef prepares specials for lunch and dinner. Here the pasta is homemade and the sauces are wonderfully Italian.
