Pullman Bangkok Hotel G on Silom Road is delighted to present its latest exhibition: “Twists & Turns”, the first solo art exhibition by Jeep Kongdechakul, which will be shown from 15th August until 22nd October 2015 at The Gallery on the 36th floor.
Jeep earned her Bachelor degree from Silpakorn University in the Faculty of Decorative Arts, the department of Visual Communications Design. She started her career as a designer for a fashion brand, FlynowIII and has worked closely as an illustrator and columnist for Cheeze Magazine (street fashion magazine) since 2011. Jeep is also the founder and designer of The Factory Studio and ArtHouse.
Jeep Kongdechakul is an artist from Bangkok, known for her bold and unique illustrations. Her works have been published in various magazines and featured in fashion scenes. She has also collaborated with many brands and organizations in different industries, from fashion to lifestyle and beauty. Her style is detailed and exquisite while at the same time a penetrating view from different perspectives, with a touch of eclectic. Jeep’s design work is modern and yet delicate.
“Twists & Turns” will be the first solo exhibition of Jeep’s published and personal works that illuminates her journey as a fashion illustrator and a world traveller. Jeep uses a variety of tools and techniques including sketching, stamp carving, ceramic crafting and graphic designing in her creations.
