Recently at KASIKORNBANK, Phahon Yothin Building, Mr. Predee Daochai (left), KASIKORNBANK President, Ms. Preeyanart Soontornwata (center), President of B.Grimm Power Group, and Ms. Sasitorn Phongsathorn (Chatsisrivichaikul) (right), Land and Houses Bank President, signed an agreement appointing KBank and LH Bank as the company’s mandated lead arrangers. Under this agreement, 3.4 billion Baht in loans are being extended, of which 2.3 billion Baht is provided by KBank and 1.1 billion Baht by LH Bank, for the operation of B.Grimm Power (Laem Chabang) 1 and 2, located at the Laem Chabang Industrial Estate, Chon Buri. The cogeneration plants, under the small power producer contract (SPP), have a combined capacity of 163 megawatts, and have long-term power purchase agreements with the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT) and factories in the industrial estate.
