H.E. Admiral Chumpol Pachusanon, Privy Councillor was the guest of honour at the “Remembering of Elvis Presley” Gala Dinner Charity Concert at Napalai Ballroom of Dusit Thani Bangkok, which was well organized by Rajpracha Samasai Foundation under the Royal Patronage of H.M. the King and National Defence College of Thailand (NDC) class 4010. The proceed after the event would go to the Foundation for helping the needy children, social responsibilities for the community, and other charity activities of NDC class 4010.
