Fortune One Co., Ltd. has invested 300 million baht to develop "The Seasons" in a prime location, of over 2 acres (5 Rai), in the center of Bangkok on Phaholyothin Road. The Seasons begins operations on 10th August 2015.
The Seasons, opening under the concept “Seasons of Lifestyle”, was designed by KTGY Inter Associates Co., Ltd., whose numerous works have won design awards from organizations both domestic and abroad. KTGY envisioned the architectural design of the building as having its own distinctive architectural signature with a Contemporary Art Deco style, which looks elegant and will become a landmark of the community. A courtyard has been included in the buildings, using natural materials to express a warm and friendly atmosphere, adorned with trees and landscaping to create a relaxed feeling.
