Shangri-La Hotel, Bangkok’s Salathip, a heaven for authentic Thai cuisine by the Chao Phraya River, will serve great wines from a rampart of greenery in Khao Yai paired with Thai dishes crafted by the restaurant’s Chef de Cuisine Tussanee Putkaew until 31 August 2015.
The set meal is priced at Bt2,200++ per set and includes delightful Thai dishes and wine pairing, such as: Fried Marinated Chicken in Pandanus Leaves paired with Chenin Blanc, Khao Yai Reserve, PB Valley, Thailand 2013 and Braised Australian Angus Beef in Massaman Curry paired with Siam Winery, Monsoon Valley, Thailand 2013; as well as more distinctive Thai dishes, including Seared Hokkaido Scallop with Lotus Pollen in Spicy Lime Vinaigrette, and Spicy Mekong Giant Catfish with Lemongrass and Chilli Paste.
