Mr. Thawee Teerasoontornwong, KASIKORNBANK Executive Vice President, said that KBank has always emphasized the quality of retail loans, with focus on customers with monthly income of more than 15,000 Baht who show financial discipline, and require financing to enhance their liquidity. KBank has maintained a manageable level of non-performing loans (NPLs) and recorded about 40 billion Baht of total loans in the first half of this year. In the meantime, KASIKORN RESEARCH CENTER (KResearch) expects personal loan market growth in the Thai commercial banking system to reach 1.5-2.7 percent in 2015.

Two free gifts will be offered to customers who make additional repayments (more than 50 percent of outstanding debt and not less than 10,000 Baht) on top of the regular bill settlement for two consecutive months, or on September 30 and October 31, 2015.
Free gifts include gift vouchers from Tesco Lotus worth 100 Baht per month, up to 200 Baht throughout the program, and a Teddy House long cushion. KBank will also donate a long cushion to patients at the Queen Sirikit National Institute of Child Health every time a customer receives one of these freebies.
