Bangkok--7 Sep--KASIKORNBANK Recently, at KASIKORNBANK, Phahon Yothin Building, Mr. Chen Jiang, 2nd left, Culture Counselor, the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in the Kingdom of Thailand, Mr. Sawanit Kongsiri, 2nd right, Assistant Secretary General for External Relations, the Thai Red Cross Society, Mr. Banthoon Lamsam, left, KBank Chairman of the Board, and Mr. Paisan Chayavorakul, right, President of the Artist Association of Thailand and China, held a press conference on the "Charity Exhibition of Chinese Brush Calligraphy and Paintings to Commemorate the 40th Anniversary of the Establishment of Diplomatic Relations between China and Thailand, and the 60th Birth Anniversary of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn". Sixty million Baht of proceeds from the sale of 60 calligraphic works and paintings, created by Chinese artists, will be presented to the princess for the Thai Red Cross Society's charitable work.
