Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok presents Chinese Delights promotion, which adds a wide selection of Chinese specialities by celebrated guest Chef Li Shu Tim. This promotion will further enhance the already extensive international buffet dinner at The Dining Room from September 22 – October 4, 2015.
The Dining Room welcomes guest chef Li Shu Tim, Executive Chinese Chef from Grand Hyatt Hong Kong for Bangkok food lovers to enjoy. Chef Li has worked with Grand Hyatt Hong Kong from the hotel's opening in 1989. He has been invited to present his cooking mastery and Hong Kong cuisine in many countries of the world including Indonesia, Philippines, Australia and Japan. This time he will bring authentic home-style Cantonese for all to enjoy.
