The hotline is to service both customers and distributors, featuring simple call menus for an "easy to access" customer experience for greater customer satisfaction.
"Hotline 1159 is one of our customer-centric initiatives, aiming to increasing customer satisfaction from easy-to-access 4 digit number. The company has also increased concurrent calls from 90 to 180 to accommodate calls from both customers and distributors. Customers can have all answers as one-stop service: which services starting from query product information, consult about In-Patient expense, information regarding on their claim, and claim services as well as service assistance for digital enquiries transaction."
