Mr. Charamporn Jotikasthira (fourth from right), President of Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI), and Mr. Narin Opamuratawongse(fourth from left), Executive Vice President and Manager of the Merchant Banking Division, Bangkok Bank Public Co., Ltd., as the underwriter of THAI's debentures contributed information on an offer to purchase THAI's domestic debentures that are limited to institutional investors and/or large investors. Members of THAI and Bangkok Bank Management jointly presented the information, responded to questions and met with investors at THAI's Head office.
In addition, domestic debentures offering are limited to institutional investors and/or large investors and will be offer at the end of September 2015.
