Do you love duck breast prepared in Italian style? Well this month our chefs invite you to experience the best quality duck breast with two different and unique dishes. Our first dish is Baked Stuffed Duck Breast in Hot Mushroom Sauce Served with Vegetables(THB 250++). In this dish we bake a duck and stuff it with raisins and cashew nuts while smothering it in a spicy mushroom sauce for a savory crunchy, spicy sweet taste. Then there's our Roasted Duck Breast with Masala and Orange(THB 270++), in which we roast our highest quality duck breast to a soft and moist medium rare perfection. We emphasize the natural sweetness of the duck breast by combining it with masala and orange for a beautiful balance of creamy, tangy and slightly sweet.
