Mr. Nopparat Maythaveekulchai, President, Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (Public Organisation) or TCEB, has signed a partnership agreement with Amsterdam Light Festival, represented by Mr. Rogier van der Heide, the festival's Artistic Director, to enable knowledge sharing and collaborative creation of a world-class light festival in Thailand at the end of this year. Held in Studio R6 at Renaissance Bangkok Ratchaprasong Hotel recently, the MOU signing ceremony was witnessed by Mrs. Supawan Teerarat, Vice President of Strategic and Business Development of TCEB; Mr. Chai Srivikorn, President of Ratchaprasong Square Trade Association (RSTA); Mr. Utis Chanchenchop, President of Illuminating Engineering Association of Thailand (TIEA); and Mr. Yongyuth Jitpayak, Director of Research and Development Department, Metropolitan Electricity Authority. The new partnership will send across a world-class light festival in Thailand and will present Thailand as a hub of mega events and festivals.
