Mr.Vatanarak Suranartyuth, Director of ASEAN-WEN Law Enforcement Extension Office (ASEAN-WEN LEEO) official visited the Nairobi Education Centre and Animal Orphanage which located in the Nairobi National Park, Kenya. These facilities serve treatments and rehabilitation centre for wild animals. The Orphanage hosts lions, cheetahs, hyenas, jackals, serval cats, rare Sokoke cats, warthogs, leopards, various monkeys, baboons and buffalo. Various birds can also be viewed including parrots, guinea fowls, crowned cranes, ostriches and etc.
The parents of these wild animals were killed by hunters while they're young, so they cannot survive by themselves. Some humans were hurt them and their need proper treatment urgently. This activity was supported by Kenya Wildlife Service and they officials provide warm welcome.
The importance of the wildlife restoration for their survival has three elements is interrelated: 1.) To protect the wildlife area and managing spatial 2.) To implement in relation to wildlife and population and 3.) To implement of the relevant human resources. As of today many of wild animals had been extinct, many more are endangered and if we don't do anything our ecosystem will destroy.
