From today – 31st January, 2016, the Diplomat Bar welcomes Avis Ellis to the stage.
A true musical diva, Avis has been awarded two Black Music Awards for "Best Tribute Artist" and for "Ambassador of Soul". She has performed in the Broadway revue musical, "Beehive" in Las Vegas, and in the jazz venues in France, Switzerland, Japan, and Taiwan.
Avis is an incredible entertainer with an energetic, electrifying voice that captivates audiences of all musical tastes. Diplomat Bar is the perfect venue to experience the vocal artistry of this outstanding singer while you enjoy fine wines, a Cognac, malt whiskey, and a menu of delicious light bites. Avis will perform four sets a night with the J-Rhythm Band, Monday to Thursday from 8 PM – midnight, and Friday and Saturday from 8.30 PM – 12.30 AM.
