City automobiles has invested more than 300 million Baht to launch a flagship showroom on Bangkok's RAMA 4 on an area of 2 Rai, a location set to become the first showroom in Asia Pacific to provide 'best in class' service and after sales service. The new facility raises the bar for an exceptional customer experience through new world class Jaguar Land Rover Global Standards. The Rama 4 showroom will feature 3S facilities: Services, Sales and Spare Parts - the first showroom to offer this in the entire Asia Pacific region. This new facility will also provide the ultimate Customer Experience by bringing to life two global iconic brands - Jaguar and Land Rover - and helping to establish City Automobiles as a leading organisation through effectiveness, consistency and efficiency.

Core Capacities
The Rama 4 Service Centre also has impressive core capacities, serving as is the biggest in the Thailand for Jaguar Land Rover. It also offers aluminium body repair as a global standard from UK, dust-free bays as well as Jaguar Land Rover's engine-operated "Autorobot." Moreover, the service centre also provides the latest generation of diagnostic tools for the first time in Asia Pacific, and provides the largest stock of spare parts for Jaguar Land Rover current and future models in Thailand, including storage tools for delivery to dealers nationwide.
Other features are the interactive bay, general bay, washing bay, rapid bay, inspection bay and heavy vehicle bay which between them can accommodate 500-600 jobs per month. To ensure maximum convenience, all vehicle services come with a 3 year warranty and are open to all driver insurance schemes. All after sales services will now be provided exclusively at the new Rama 4 location (previously Rama 3).
