Pullman Pattaya Hotel G is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Carlo P. van Hest as its new Resident Manager.
Appointed on 1st October 2015, Carlo has joined us from Phuket having enjoyed Asia Pacific oriented experience in the hospitality industry since 2010. Carlo's facility management experience began in The Netherlands in 2005. He completed his bachelor degree in international hospitality management in 2010 and traveled to Asia to begin a challenging and rewarding career.
Carlo is no-stranger to the Accor Hotels brand as his first position in the hospitality business was with Novotel Atlantis Shanghai. Having moved around with the Novotel brand in Asia Pacific, he relocated to Vietnam at the Novotel Phan Thiet Ocean Dunes & Golf Resort as Operation Manager, then moved forward into the hotel business in Thailand with Novotel Hotels in Phuket, firstly with Novotel Kamala Beach as Room Division Manager, then Novotel Phuket Karon Beach Resort as Executive Assistant Manager.
Pullman Pattaya Hotel G, the flagship luxury venue from the Hotels G family is Carlo's first and most challenging move to the Luxury Upscale Brand of Accor Hotels. A fluent speaker of Dutch, English and Spanish, he possesses a genuine passion to fulfil his future in hospitality management and guest satisfaction development, and finds Asian culture a most inspiring aspect for both his career development and his leisure time.
