Le Danang Vietnamese restaurant, Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao Bangkok, has seen the introduction by Chef Suparb of the very special signature dishes, combining Vietnamese and French styles together into a modern taste of Indochina.
The delectable dishes are an avocado salad with crab meat and aromatic herbs (THB 280++), grilled salmon with a sauce made from five Vietnamese herbs (THB 470++), grilled snowfish with tamarind sauce (THB 890++), soft-shell crab salad (THB 320++), steamed rice crepes filled with minced pork and mushrooms (THB 195++) and many delicious options.
Le Danang is one of Bangkok's longest established Vietnamese restaurants, with dishes that emphasize the natural goodness and nutritional value of the cuisine. A buffet menu is available for both lunch and dinner every day from now until 31 December 2015 at price THB 650++ for each person (excluding beverages).
