The luxury factor rises a notch higher this month as newly reimagined Fireplace Grill and Bar pays tribute to the black and white truffles.
In November, the Grill presents a special menu highlighting truffle-enhanced dishes, all prepared with the freshest ingredients and more than a dash of inventiveness.
Highlights include: Seared scallop with shaved black truffle, truffle butter and spinach parmesan puree; Black Tiger Prawns with Corn porridge and shaved black truffle; and Butter poached Stockyard Tenderloin with panko black truffle crust and celeriac white truffle cream.
