Executive Chef Eric Berrigaud is inspired by the fresh and tender scallops imported from New Zealand, Hokkaido and Alaska and has included them in a number of intriguing dishes such as risotto porcini mushrooms and scallops (THB 790++); herby baked French scallops served with salad and lemon wedges (THB 450++); New Zealand scallop, shrimp and calamari salad (THB 390++) and curry-citrus cauliflower soup with seared scallops and crispy shallots (THB 380++).
