From November to December 2015, Latest Recipe at Le Meridien Suvarnabhumi, Bangkok Golf Resort & Spa presents "Crab Your Style", our special French crab imported ingredient. You can create and enjoy a personalized menu using the natural flavors of the crabs to suit your taste bud from steamed, Chili Crab, Black Pepper Sichuan style, grilled or steamed etc. Guests can also sample specialty menus created by Executive Chef Pharitat Phalee.
We offer selection of dishes inspired by Western, Thai and Asian cuisine featuring imported French Crabs, Fin de Claire Oyster, Alaskan King Crab, Pan Fried Foie Gras, Wagyu Rib Eye, Australian Lamb Rack and roasted Hong Kong Duck.
