FWD Life Insurance Public Company Limited (FWD) recently announced to lead tied agency to be a top 5 life insurance company in Thailand in 2018 by growing number of agency force across the country, activity management, agency quality through FWD Academy, agency support with new e-technology called FWD SMART. FWD targets to grow number of quality agency force to 6,400 and increase the activity ratio to 50% in 2018. FWD also launched 2 new innovative education plans policies named "Noo-Noi-Why-Zhon" and "Noo-Noi-Why-Rean" offering payer benefits in case the premium payer is dead, total permanent disability or faces 5 critical illnesses, the company will pay the premium on behalf of policyholder to ensure the policy stay in force.
Mr. Han Rademaker, Chief Agency Officer of FWD life Insurance Plc. disclosed the direction and strategies to complete the mission that FWD will grow the number of agents countrywide with organic growth by building our own agency force and non-organic growth by recruiting experienced sales force from other companies and develop them to confident with knowledge and skills. The target is to have 6,400 professional agents in 2018.
To support the agency force, FWD introduced a new e-technology called FWD SMART to help Sales Force work paperless and expert back office support staffs.

The main focus to drive our Sales Force is activity management that we are now reviewing and developing activity management program to be the important tool for our Sales Force to efficiency manage and control sales activity in their own teams on a daily basis to get a better performance tracking on their actual results. We target to increase agency activity ratio to 50% in 2018."
