Chef Thitisorn and his team have created and will proudly present a "Seafood Feast" themed Buffet Lunch at Colonnade restaurant, featuring an array of chilled seafood including Flower Crabs, New Zealand Mussels, Cured Salmon and much more.
In addition to the seafood corner, a rotation of Japanese appetizers, Sushi, a Sashimi section and carving and roasts will be available plus DIY salads and a seafood nacho station. Also, please don't leave the room until you have sampled a variety of Western and Thai desserts and a live station for Azuki Crepes, Toasted Honey Brioche and A La Minute Tiramisu that rotate in turn every day.
