Her Royal Highness Princess Soamsawali presided over the opening of the awards ceremony "The 9th Combining Mothers' Hearts for His Majesty the King" to honour the nation's outstanding mothers, organized by the National Council of Outstanding Mothers under the Patronage of Her Royal Highness Princess Soamsawali (NCOM). The princess was welcomed by Maj. Gen.
