Savour a mouth-watering 5 course traditional set menu which includes : Pumpkin Treat Amuse Bouche, Goose Liver Terrine – Red wine braised fig in port wine jelly, brioche bread and wild rocket salad, Butter Squash Soup – Roasted pumpkin with croutons, Traditional Roast Turkey – Roast turkey served with cranberry chutney, gravy and stuffing, caramelised chestnuts, winter root vegetables and young farmer potatoes, and American pumpkin pie with cinnamon parfait; a delightful menu orchestrated by Chef Thanavoot Srilardlao, Chef de Cuisine. The evening is further enhanced by live entertainment and the endless panoramic views of the majestic Chao Phraya River.
